These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Speed Auto Clicker browser extension and the speedclicker.app website (together, the "Service"), operated by Speed Auto Clicker ("we," "us," and "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Speed Auto Clicker is a browser extension that automates mouse clicks at user-defined points and intervals on web pages you choose. You are responsible for how you use the Service and for complying with the terms of any website on which you use it. The Service is provided for lawful use only.
The Service offers a free version and an optional paid subscription ("Pro"). Features included in each version are described on our website and may change over time. We may modify, add, or remove features, provided that doing so does not materially reduce the core functionality you have already paid for during a paid period.
Payments for Pro are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). When you purchase Pro, your contract for the sale is with Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. Paddle handles payment, billing, tax collection, receipts, and the management of your subscription.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, bypass website security or access controls, or disrupt any service in a manner that causes harm. We may discontinue providing the Service to anyone who misuses it.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website or browser configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (or, where applicable, Paddle) for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
